Fama, also known as hair cake, is widely distributed in the southern region. It is the traditional cuisine of the Han nationality in Longyou County, Zhejiang Province, Zhanjiang City, Guangdong Province, Maoming, Sichuan Province, and Chongqing City. It is made by steaming glutinous rice, and its taste is fragrant. It is a popular cake food.

Among them, the "Longyoufa cake" is a non-legacy project with unique production technology and exquisite ingredients. The finished product has a white color like jade, fine pores like needles, smelling fresh and fragrant, and the food is sweet but not greasy and glutinous but not sticky.
